Privacy
When you submit an enquiry you are asking us to pass your details to suitable service providers so they can contact you about your quote request. That consent is recorded with your enquiry, along with the exact wording shown to you and the time you gave it.
Marketing consent is separate and entirely optional. Declining it has no effect on your quote request.
Your contact details are never shown publicly. Specialists see an anonymised summary of your project — service, postcode area, property details and answers — and only receive your name, email and phone number once they take on the enquiry.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. This is a Phase 1 build: email and phone verification are not yet implemented, so verification fields remain marked unverified until that work is completed.
